Schneiderman & Sherman, P.C. is pleased to welcome Andrew Hubbs, Esq. as our new Litigation Manager. Andrew earned his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University. He will assist with litigation, statutory and regulatory compliance, title resolution and asset recovery.

Firm Inclusion to the Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Network of Michigan
Schneiderman & Sherman, P.C. is pleased to announce its inclusion in the Fannie Mae Retained Attorney Network for the State of Michigan. SSPC will assist Fannie Mae and participating servicers with their loan portfolios throughout Michigan. As a result of this designation, SSPC is able to assist servicers with their foreclosure, bankruptcy, and loss mitigation needs on their Fannie Mae portfolios. The firm continues to work to keep homeowners in their homes and mitigate delinquent loan portfolios through various mechanisms, specifically, loan modifications, repayments plans, short sales and forbearance.
